I usually prefer ordering from this location, b/c it's always been made just right in the past (in comparison to another location I order from). I order the same thing every time. Today it was undercooked. I couldn't even pick up a slice b/c it would just fall apart. I tried to eat it with a knife and fork... after getting a mouthful of gummy dough, I gave up. When I called to inform them of the order, the response was defensive and that it was because of the handmade crust that I ordered. I advised I order the same thing from the same location every time and never had this issue... He continued to defend himself and that really rubbed me the wrong way. I understand things won't always be "perfect", but when they aren't own it and move forward instead of making one of your regular customers feel like they caused the problem. On a positive note, the delivery person was very nice and personable, and I gave him a tip. I was told I would receive another pizza in 40 minutes and that was an hour and 15 minutes ago. #badforbusiness

This Domino's is PATHETIC! It is understaffed and the people who do work there do not do a good job getting orders correct. They need to hire some RESPONSIBLE ADULTS WITH SOME COMMON SENSE!!!!

Dominos typically delivers faster than anyone else in town. Their drivers are typically very well mannered and nice. Their new cheesy bread is very good. I like it better than the pizza! Why wait for 3 hours for other places to deliver coughpizzahutcough, when you can have Dominos in less than 20 mins?
